Justin Bieber is being sued for $100,000 over claims he smashed up a mobile phone, according to reports within the US.
The 22-year-old is accused of destroying Robert peer Morgan's mobile phone once he tried to record footage of the singer trying to chug a brewage echo.
The incident allegedly took place at Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas, last month.
According to the lawsuit filed by Morgan and obtained by TMZ, Justin became "enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces".
He is suing for such an outsized amount as a result of the phone contained not possible to interchange photos, including those of his grandmother's one centesimal birthday party and up to five,000 images and videos from his travels.
Morgan also claims that he lost a variety of business contacts once the phone was destroyed.
The alleged incident is believed to have taken place on an equivalent night Bieber was spotted badly stubbing a fag out on his support act Post Malone's arm.
Shocking photos emerged days later showing Edmund Malone reaching AN arm out and grabbing the Canadian pop star - United Nations agency seems surprised - by the throat.
