Julia Louis-Dreyfus returned to the stage of Studio 8H for her third time as host, and the former cast-member reminisced about her not-that-memorable stint during what she joked are now called "the Julia Louis-Dreyfus years." She also goofed on her early film career by showing us her work in the 1986 schlock horror-comedy Troll:
But first, there was the cold open, which goofed on this week's Democratic debate with Kate McKinnon's always-hilarious Hillary Clinton debating Bernie Sanders — played, as always, by special guest Larry David.
What made this appearance special, however, was when Bernie took questions from an audience member: Seinfeld's Elaine Benes, which resulted in the return of "yada yada yada," enough Seinfeld references to choke a sitcom-watching horse and even an appearance by Rachel from Friends:
